The services include, Installation of Licensed CA Antivirus, Hardware Troubleshooting and System Diagnostics, Configuration and Internet connection issues, Virus and Adware/Spyware removal, Data back-up and recovery after a "crash", and Installation of licensed Software provided by the student. (Begining September 01/2009)
  • Campus Central Server Administration - Security, Proactive Monitoring of System Load, Websites, Processes and Services, Disk Utilization, Systems Back-up and Recovery, Operating System Patches, Upgrades, Installations, Server Hardware Configuration, Firewall implementation and administration, Service Level Software Understanding.
  • Campus Specialty Software - Tracking, Support & Checkout Services for GIS, SPSS and Other Specialty Licensed Software.
  • Data Jacks - Accept and Route Requests for Adds, Moves, Changes, Repairs, and End-User Information Support.
  • Email Accounts - Password Resets, End-User Support, Client Software Installation, Support and Problem Resolution.
  • Exam Scanning Services - Scanning of Exams and Surveys for Professors and Staff.
  • HEAT Database - Monitoring, Crystal Report Development, Systems Development, Application Upgrades, Security, End-User Support and Database Administration.
  • IP Numbers - Tracking and Assignment of Campus IP Numbers and Network Attached Equipment.
  • Meeting Maker Accounts - Add, Delete, Client Software Installation, End-User Support, Database Administration, Software Maintenance and System Upgrades.
  • On Line Surveys - To submit forms electronically, with no use of paper forms. We provide Inmediate distribution of results, Data Integrity, Reduccion of time and Errors.
  • Student Services - Point of contact for phone and data access request, problem reporting, Troubleshooting client network configurations, wireless configuration. Student's e-mails Password re-set
